I have been using the services of Erin Shelley at the
Finer Details for over a year. Erin is responsible for housekeeping and the
meeting and greeting of my guests. She has also helped in meeting
contractors, picking up necessary items for the comfort of guests and reporting
back to me all necessary details.
I can only speak highly of her dependability, thoroughness and cooperation. After interviewing Erin's competitors in the Ellicottville area, I found her to be the most willing to satisfy a client's needs.

My
husband and I were not sure if we wanted to spend the money on getting
our house professionally cleaned. However, between our jobs and our
two children it was difficult finding the time to properly clean our
home. It wasn't long after Erin started cleaning for us that we
realized what a great decision it was.
Erin is
always very punctual, efficient at her job, and helpful in organizing a
room to look its best. Coming home to a clean, fresh smelling home is
such a relief at the end of the day. I would, and have, recommended
Erin to our friends and trust her in our home at any time.
